Southland Leisure Centre Pickleball
Racquet Network is offering three new pickleball programs at the Southland Leisure Centre beginning in the fall of 2010.
With up to eight courts at their disposal, this will be Calgary’s largest indoor pickleball program.
No partner? No problem. Partners are provided for everybody. Men and women are both welcome to register.
Most players are at the intermediate level, but this is a beginner-friendly program. Those who have played before help teach those who have not.
A professional organizer is present at each session to assign partners, organize the players into teams and explain the rules of the game. Racquets, nets and balls are provided to those who need them.
Participants should dress for racquet sports and bring indoor court shoes. Washrooms, change rooms and lockers are available.
Program rates are equivalent to $4.44 per player per hour. A portion of every registration goes to support Pickleball Calgary.
