Southland a Hit with Pickleballers
Calgary pickleballers love the Southland Leisure Centre. At least, that’s the word after playing there for the first time ever today.
A total of 16 players turned out for the launch of a brand new pickleball program on four courts at Southland Leisure Centre on Tuesday, September 21.
The floor, the colours and the ambient lighting were most appreciated by the players on the first day. The only negative comments were about the noise created by the Sport Hall’s air circulation system.
